Your Guide

Emily is a lover of the simple things - the first sip of coffee, the warmth from the sun, the sounds of nature. Yoga deepens her connection to these joys, and she loves sharing this perspective with students. For Emily, yoga isn't about what shape we make with our bodies, it's about what we learn through the process.

A lifelong lover of movement, Emily grew up as a dancer and started teaching yoga in 2016. She has since expanded her practice internationally, teaching on yoga teacher trainings and leading retreats around the world. In her classes, Emily exudes joy and encourages students to embrace challenges with curiosity and an open heart. Her gentle guidance empowers students to explore movement more deeply while cultivating tools for focus, clarity and balance - both on and off the mat.

When she’s not on her mat, you’ll likely find Emily by the beach—surfing, soaking up the sun, or spending time with friends. She also cherishes moments with her family at home in Canada and loves exploring new destinations wherever her yoga journey takes her.
